How Full program Training works

Comprehensive and Thorough

Full training in baseball biomechanics at our facility integrates cutting-edge motion capture technology with a comprehensive, personalized approach to enhance your game. Here's what the journey entails:


Initial Assessment: 

  • Your training begins with a thorough evaluation using motion capture technology. This assessment not only identifies weaknesses in your mechanics and physiology but also provides a baseline to measure progress. We analyze everything from your pitching delivery and batting swing to your general mobility and stability.


Personalized Mobility Plans: 

  • Based on the initial assessment, we develop a customized mobility plan. This plan focuses on improving flexibility and range of motion, critical components for reducing injury risk and optimizing performance.


Explosiveness Plans: 

  • To enhance your power on the field, we create a personalized explosiveness program. This involves tailored exercises designed to increase your speed and power, crucial for pitching velocity and batting strength.


Weight Lifting Plans: 

  • A customized weightlifting regimen is introduced, aimed at building the strength necessary for baseball. These plans are designed considering your current level of fitness, biomechanical needs, and the demands of the sport, ensuring improvements in overall strength and performance.


Biomechanics of Hitting and Pitching: 

  • With a solid foundation built through mobility, explosiveness, and strength training, we then focus on the biomechanics of hitting and pitching. Our experts provide detailed instruction on optimizing your movements to improve efficiency, power, and accuracy. This phase involves revisiting the motion capture data to refine techniques and address any persisting issues.


Ongoing Support and Re-assessment: 

  • Training in baseball biomechanics is an ongoing process. We continuously support your development with regular check-ins, adjustments to your training plans based on progress, and re-assessment using motion capture technology to visually track improvements and make data-driven decisions.
